Great photo, but how do they fix the roofs? I`ve heard of communial living but that is really condensed. 🙂
Sep 08, 2012 @ 11:15:40
This is italy but the roofs are fairly flat so I suppose it is not so difficult to get up on the roof
Sep 08, 2012 @ 17:25:52

Thank you, I have this thing about roofs

Fits the theme well. One can see that it is an area which doesn’t expect snow, or not heavy snow anyway.

It is fairly high up in the mountains in Italy so I am not sure
Sep 10, 2012 @ 20:23:49
The pitches seem too low to cope with a lot of snow. Anyway, they make a lovely ‘near’ to that hilly ‘far’.

This is in Umbria and I think they do get some snow but I am not sure.
Remember that movie – My House in Umbria’? When I saw that I decided I want to go.
