I”d seen this shot during the Olympics and marvelled at it then. Nice to see it again!

I’ve seen the first one, but not where the moon ‘drops out’

Great photo`s. Its just a matter of choosing your camera position. A lot of the time there is no such place so we use photoshop. 🙂

Sep 29, 2012 @ 08:33:35

Photo from Reuters, right place right time good camera
Sep 29, 2012 @ 09:37:22
Amazing that…just in the right place!!!!
Sep 29, 2012 @ 10:52:51
at the right time…
Sep 29, 2012 @ 18:10:18
Chance-of-a-lifetime photo. I imagine that as the moon approached the crucial spot he just went on clicking as fast as the shutter would operate. Apart from aligning the vertical, I don’t think moving the camera up and down would have made much difference with the bridge that distant.

He must have planned it in advance I suppose looking in the direction the moon was moving but certainly once in a lifetime shot
Oct 03, 2012 @ 06:43:43
